I've been coming to this place for a few months now. The decor inside is restaurant is cute, the staff is friendly and the food comes out fast. The food is very flavorful, especially the street food menu, and they have great prices for Thai Beer. I come once a week I enjoy it so much. Amazing restaurant!

Looking for a quick but delicious bit, and found Chaiyo Thai Street Food on Yelp. Nice, spacious interior with a cool photo montage wall, but the real star was the food and the service. Great Thai standards (no fusion here, nothing surprising) all done perfectly well, and served in a reasonable amount of time. Our waitress was pleasant and friendly, and we never felt ignored. We'll be back.

This was my first time to Chaiyo for dinner. It was a Thursday evening event for all the captains of the Valencia Sound Restaurant Club. We were a group of 24 We occupied a section of the venue which was set up appropriately for our group to sit at long tables but great for us to talk and get to know each other. The dinner was completely paid for by the Club because of our hard work and dedication. This was a casual place that offered liquor and a nice variety of appetizers and entrees. I had a large hot sake and Paul had a glass of pinot Noir Both were good. Appetizers were placed on our tables to start: A11. APPETIZER PLATTER $12.95 Spring rolls, prawn rolls, chicken satay, golden flower & crispy tofu. (2 each) with plum sauce, Thai peanut dipping sauce and a 3rd vegetable condiment. All were delicious Paul had S1. TOM YUM SOUP Choice of: Chicken breast, Beef, Pork, or Tofu $5.50 he had the chicken. It was steamy hot and packed with chicken. I waited a long time for my entree but it was well worth it... I had SP7. SPICY MIXED SEAFOOD $26.95 A mixture of shrimp, squid, scallops and salmon, stir fried with mixed vegetables and chili paste. Served on a sizzling platter. I was impressed at its presentation and wonderful flavor. We all enjoyed the food and now we have a decent Thai restaurant in the area to add to the top of our list.

Cool trendy, fun vibe. Friendly and quick service. The food is fresh and cooked to order. They have sushi as well as Thai dishes; not your normal Thai menu. I have tried a few different dishes, all were great. Thai rolls and stuffed chicken wings are great. Try a NEW Thai place like this, instead of the same old predicable dishes.

Very tasty Thai food. I was here years ago and found the sushi to be meh, but they got rid of the sushi and now focus only on Thai. The food and service were very good. I will definitely be back.

Great Thai food tucked in a strip mall at the SE corner of Military & Atlantic. Smells great when you walk in, nicely decorated, and attentive service by Satidt. I had the Thai Garden Salad (small) and the Tom Ka Soup; my friend had the Garlic Delight Scallops. Plenty of good satisfying food in a pleasant atmosphere with caring service. Menu is extensive - many, many choices. This is a place you can come back to time and again to enjoy the cuisine!
